Each product will display an expiration date on its packaging. With the exception of certain items, our products typically have a shelf life of three years when unopened and stored at room temperature. We recommend using the product within 12 months of opening, which is denoted by the 'open jar' symbol.

Unfortunatly, once an order has been placed, we are unable to accommodate any modifications or substitutions. Upon payment, our distribution center immediately processes the order for fulfillment. Once this process has begun, we are unable to cancel or alter the shipment. If you wish to return the product, please consult our return policy and reach out to us at hello@miinme.ch for assistance.
We are happy to accommodate returns for any reason. Our return policy extends for 14 days from the date of item receipt, allowing you to request a return within this timeframe.
To be eligible for a refund, the returned products must be in their original packaging, unopened, and unused. Please note that certain conditions, such as products that are unusable, without their original packaging, or opened, cannot be refunded. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and please be aware that all shipping charges are non-refundable.
