Dr. Althea's Pure Retinol 0.15% Cream is designed as an accessible entry point into retinol for people who want visible support for fine lines and texture without an aggressive formula. The 0.15% retinol concentration is paired with bakuchiol, a plant-derived complement, plus Ceramide NP and Centella Asiatica to help support the skin barrier while the retinol works. The lightweight cream texture is fragrance-free and formulated for nightly use, applied as the last step in a PM routine — starting once weekly and building up gradually as tolerance improves. Because it's a retinoid, daily sunscreen is required the following morning, and the product isn't recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for skin prone to rosacea. Mild tingling or an initial purging phase is possible when starting out.
